Abstract

This issue of the Jindal Journal of Public Policy has created a platform for students to make contributions to policy debates. In the students section of the journal, we have included papers written by students in the course of completing a project (supported by The Asia Foundation) which resulted in a collective paper on India’s development policy (which is also published here). Faculty who conducted some courses for students related to this subject have recommended these papers for inclusion in this issue. The student authors have benefitted from faculty guidance and editorial help. We hope that this special issue will encourage other students, including those from other universities in India and abroad, to make similar contribution to policy debates. Suggestions to improve this experimental section are welcome
